I'm coming back!!!

Hi Everyone,

I decided to pick up on this Blog for my Middle School Counseling Program.  I am a very lucky School Counselor at Deering Middle School in West Warwick Rhode Island!  I am also stuck at home, which I am sure many of you are too!!  So, with lots of time on my hand, I thought it would be fun to share some of the resources I am going to be giving to my students.  We all could use a little mindfulness and stress-less tips and techniques, and of course a little fun!!!
